ABOUT

Passionate about drawing and watching cartoons since I was a child, when it came time to decide my career I couldn't think of anything other than go to art school and study animation.

​

Yet as an undergraduate student, I got a part-time animatior position at Children's University, a science communication project at UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais - Brazil) that produces animated short films in response to children's questions about the human body and nature in general. Later on I took on the project's Art and Animation direction for about 5 years.

After that I worked on different projects as animator, illustrator and, more recently, animation director of the children's series Animazoo.
